Apartamentos LIVVO Morromar

I had the chance to stay there for about 6 months and I had a wonderfull stay. The hotel is located close to the beach (5 min. walk) and close to the airport, but there wasn't too much noise. The reception staff, restaurant crew and animation team were really nice and professional, and the cleaning and maintenance crews were really helpfull ! Oh, and you're not too far from the city either so if you want to get to the liveliest part of Puerto del Carmen (or to Arrecife as well), I recommend renting a bike, which you can do at the reception of the hotel or in the shopping center by the beach. If you want to go to the north or the south of the island though, I highly recommend to rent a car or hire a cab (which you can also do with the receptionists). 5/5 stay, would come more often if I could !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can definitely recommend it. The location is excellent – both the airport and the beach are very close and easy to reach. The food was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone every day. We would especially like to highlight the animation team: the staff make a great effort, are very dedicated, and create a fantastic atmosphere with their friendliness and enthusiasm. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were also very attentive and friendly. One small point of criticism is that the floor in our room could have been cleaner upon arrival. However, this did not significantly affect our overall very positive impression. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!

You will always get negative reviews on this platform. The truth is ,is that this place is fine. Staff rather helpful and the service is good too. Regarding the food. It's fine. We went all inclusive and went out at night to restaurants. Going forward we will go all inclusive again.

We had a really lovely stay at Livvo Morrowmar. The resort itself was beautifully presented—tidy, clean, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. Our apartment was comfortable and more than adequate for the two of us. We stayed all‑inclusive for food and drinks. The food was generally good, though it did become a bit repetitive after a few days, so towards the end of our trip we chose to have our evening meals at nearby restaurants instead. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and we’d happily return in the future.

We have recently returned. What a lovely place. The rooms were big and airy . The food was plentiful and you could always find something tasty. The salads selection are amazing. Its close to taxi rank and the bus stop a short walk. You can download the bus app. There were plenty of sunbeds Thank you to all staff who work so hard to keep this place spotless Debbie

Had a really lovely, hassle-free stay at Livvo Morromar — genuinely couldn’t complain. The place is well looked after, and the staff were all really friendly and easy to deal with. We arrived early (around 10) knowing check-in wasn’t till 3, but they gave us the all-inclusive bands straight away, which was a great touch and made the whole thing very easy. The food in the main restaurant was beautiful with plenty of choice. Apartment was comfortable and perfect for the two of us. Overall, great value, very relaxed atmosphere, and we really enjoyed every minute. Would happily go back again.

Stayed here with my family and loved every second of it! The food was absolutely lovely and there was lots to choose from ,great for picky eaters , our rooms were very clean and cleaners visited every morning to make beds, empty bins and clean the floor.The pool was so relaxing and felt like an award going into it after a long hot day the staff are lovely and lastly it’s only a 5 minute walk from the beach and all the shops,I definitely wouldn’t mind coming here again fully recommend!

Just returned from 7 night holiday. Downside was food, all inclusive was never hot ,lucky if luke warm. ( thank goodness for chips and salad). Food was never replenished in an acceptable time either in the dining room or especially the snackbar.Entertainment not great, started 9.30pm finished around 10.15'ish. Nothing after that , not even music.The amount of sunbeds was also reduced as the week went on, so never enough. Pool opened at 10am and no beds left by 10.05am. Upside, ours was a lovely room. Nice pool area.
